“Positives: Our tour guide Stephen was great and made the trip enjoyable. He was flexible and accommodating and went out of his way to deliver a great experience despite challenging participants. He was also entertaining and funny. Negatives: We normally enjoy group tours because we meet great people. While we met some awesome people, the rest of the group were tardy, had no concept whatsoever about safety and could not follow simple instructions (e.g. do not leave your belongings on the bus said 5 times). They were late to pretty much everything and because we observed the designated time frames that were given, we wasted a lot of time sitting…”
