“Tour was booked for 5:20, tour operator contacts me saying that it was sold out and if 6:30 would be ok. I arrive for the 6:30 show and their contact has tickets for the 5:20 show. Ended up having to buy my own tickets for the next 8:00 show. Neither Viator or the tour operator was of any help. The tour operators use WhatsApp so that Viator cannot see what is going on. Insist that the tour operators use the Viator means of communication.”
