At Lacàph Coffee Experiences Space, you’ll brew Vietnamese phin coffee, whip an egg cream with Lacàph Raw Coffee Blossom Honey, and learn why this sweet drink matters in local coffee culture. Guides including Ngoc, Joey, Quan, An, Vi, and Noah lead the 60 to 90 minute class.

At Hai’s Restaurant in District 1, you’ll hear the story of Vietnamese egg coffee, watch a decorated sample, then make your own cup with close help from the instructor. The one-hour class includes coffee, ingredients, tea, and a spring roll snack. Avo may guide your session.
