2-Day or 3-Day: Halong&Lan Ha Bay Cruise 5* balcony,bathtub
Halong and Lan Ha bays are best seen from the water, and this cruise gives you two or three days among limestone islands, quiet coves, and fishing villages. I like the private balcony and bathtub, plus the chance to kayak, swim, fish for squid, and watch the bay from the sundeck. The 3-day version adds Viet Hai Village, while the shorter trip keeps the schedule tighter.
I also like the cooking lesson and sunset party, which give the cruise some Vietnamese flavor beyond sightseeing. The main concern is that several activities are brief, and swimming may take place near the boat rather than at a clean beach. Food and the Hanoi transfer are the other weak spots.
